@KettlebellCity doesnt work unfortunately. definitely a software glitch. Too bad Jensen/audiovox just kind of through owners under the car in terms of support and updates.

@biglots88 not yet because there really isnt much support out there. if you search it will come upon a forum where a member mentions using igo, but last there was problems still and after that no further development. there is however a new updated program and maps from a company but you have to pay $89 for it. if you want to go half on it ill send you a copy. msg me

@redturboeclipse, hey bro i am sorry your going through hard times with that receiver i had it too a year ago, jensen has heard customer complaints at SEMA auto shows in los angeles,California. i seen them show off the
Jensen vm9424 with gps navigation it comes with the NAV102 software. i liked it alot so i bought it, it took me time to save the cash its been working out for me i had it for 8 months now i got it on ebay for about $370 from vm inovations com it went down 2 $335. good luck bro.
